Diana Howles has over 20 years of experience in education and training. She has worked with government, manufacturing, insurance, financial and academic institutions. She is an experienced corporate trainer, instructional designer, presentation coach and also works as on-camera and voice-over talent. She has a Masters degree in speech communication and a Bachelor degree in business and communications.
